The labor market is expected to grow over the next five years. In fact, the demand for employment in manufacturing technologies are anticipated to grow approximately 2% - 5% through 2018. As the demand increases for a more skilled manufacturing labor force, companies may be faced with the prospect of losing experienced employees. To keep your workforce robust, companies may want to offer specialized training for new hires and keep those trained who are moving up in the ranks.
